Short version: points aren't money, don't be a bot, the streamer runs the table. By playing, you agree to these.

Points are play money

• Points have no cash value. They can't be bought, sold, cashed out or exchanged for money or anything else of value.
• Don't sell or trade points, items or accounts for money, inside or outside the game.
• If Sidekick pauses or stops, your points are kept as they are, but they never turn into anything with a cash value.

Play fair

• Chat points are for real chatting. Repeated or spammy messages don't earn, and bots or scripts that farm points aren't allowed.
• Be kind to the streamer and to other viewers. Kick's own rules apply in chat.
• If you find a bug that gives points or items, tell the streamer instead of using it.

The streamer runs the table

• The streamer can change game settings, bet limits and prices, switch games on or off, and correct points or items after a mistake.
• The streamer can block an account from playing.
• Results are drawn on the server, and each game shows its odds and payback in its own info page.

Sidekick is an independent fan project. It is not made, run or endorsed by Kick. It is offered as it is, and it may change, pause or stop.
